Enterprise.Coop is an unincorporated association of co-operatives and co-operative franchises in the United Kingdom. Each member is required to be registered with the FCA under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and is required to have SEIS or EIS pre-assurance from HMRC as well as strong business potential as judged by our panel of entrepreneurs and advisors.
